Author Registration
- Author Registration Deadline: 31 Jan, 2024.
- Each Author Registration is valid for TWO paper submissions.
- Every paper must be associated with one full non-student registration fee by an author/co-author of the paper. An author may register one additional paper in which he/she is an author/co-author at no additional charge.
- All regular paper submissions can have up to 5 pages.

Conference Policies
- Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing to iscasreg@ieee.org and received by 19 Apr 2024. There will be an administrative fee of SGD 200 deducted from each refund.
- Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to iscasreg@ieee.org no later than 19 Apr 2024.
