Presentation Time

Speakers are requested to attend at least their own sessions from the beginning to the end. Session chairs may announce some information about their sessions.

For the regular papers (including special session papers), the total presentation time is 18 minutes, typically 15 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&As.

The secretariat will provide a PC (MS Window 10; supports presentation format of powerpoint or PDF files) in each session room. All presentations should be conducted using this PC. It is recommended to prepare PDF format presentation files as backup in case there is any compatibility issue.
