Presentation Material Preparation Guideline for Poster Presenters

A Poster is Mandatory for On-site Poster Presenters.

Poster boards will be prepared in portrait format with a maximum size of 85 cm (width) by 120 cm (height). Our recommendation is A0 size (841mm * 1189mm) in Portrait Orientation.
Presenters are recommended to attach their posters by using adhesive tapes (which are available on-site). Do approach our Conference Assistant if you need any help.

Authors (or presenters) are expected:
(1) To set up their posters 1 hour prior to the scheduled session.
(2) To be presented with your poster during the poster session.
(3) To explain your papers to the collected audience.
(4) Remove your poster after the poster session.

Set up Time: 1 hour before your scheduled Poster session
