You're cordially invited to ISCAS 2024 Welcome Reception

Welcome Reception Programme:
Besides food and drinks, there will be a live band performance to celebrate the CASS 75th Anniversary (one of the songs to be played is the CASS 75th Anniversary Song).
Badge access to the event
Participants need to present ISCAS 2024 badge to attend the welcome reception. You can collect the badge in the daytime of 19 May 2024, at registration kiosk at Resorts World Convention Centre (conference venue).
For participants who will NOT be able to collect the badge before the welcome reception, please go straight to the welcome reception venue, and our staff will help verify their registration at the welcome reception entrance instead.
Getting to Gardens-by-the-Bay from the ISCAS Conference site
4 coaches will depart from the Resorts World Sentosa Conference site starting from 5:30pm at 5 mins intervals.
22-seater garden cruisers would be available to transport participants from the Coach bus bay to the Welcome reception entrance.
Participants attending the welcome reception are invited to wait at the Level 2 foyer above ISCAS Registration counters at 5:25pm, and student helpers will help guide you to the buses. Please note that the bus availability is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
Returning from Gardens-by-the-Bay
Three coaches will be available to pick up the participants after the welcome reception. They will depart at 9:15 pm – 9:30 pm.
The first two coaches will depart from the Arrival Square of Gardens-by-the-Bay to Ora hotel, Sentosa.
The third coach will drop-off at City Hall MRT.
Getting to the welcome reception by yourself
Won't catch the free shuttle bus? Fret not! The welcome reception venue is easy to access by public transportation too.
Nearest MRT stations: Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16) or Gardens by the Bay MRT station (TE22).
